- Call people to action
Who doesn't love posters?
Posters are (generally) affordable works of art. You can get one of your own to put on your wall. They can represent a brand, a concert, a political movement, even an exhibition of posters.
History: The poster as an archetypal vehicle for expression
Posters have been embraced by artists and designers as a powerful means of communicating ideas. One of the first artist to explore the poster medium was the great Henri Toulouse Lautrec. His superb work encouraged others to create posters.
American, Japanese, Chinese, Cuban, Israeli, Russian, and European art and design communities (and governments) have embraced the poster.
