Our first meal in Paris was modest, but still pretty good. A crepe for Camille and a panini for me in a little outdoor cafe. Inexpensive, and the style of cheap-eats place is everywhere around town. You'll see them with rows of baguettes stuffed with goodies ready to be pressed in a hot grill into paninis, and a round griddle for crepes.
