Three apparently beheaded saints in one reliquary! St. Lucien (died ca. 290 AD) founded the diocese of Beauvais, about 50 miles north of Paris. He was decapitated along with his two disciples, Maxin and Julien, on Montmille hill just outside of Beauvais by three assassins sent by the Roman Emperor. According to legend, he picked up his own head and walked back toward town.
More information on reliquaries can be found at Wikipedia and at the Metropolitan Museum of Art site.
