There is a live video camera at the inside top of the Arch, looking straight down onto the The Tomb of the Unknown Soldier. Inside the Arch itself, directly above the camera, is a large plasma screen of the output from the video. It's in a dark room and creates a very eerie effect as you look down upon the Tomb.
