To reflect, click once to set the start of an axis, then click again to set the end of an axis (otherwise it acts just like rotate)

Masks
Clipping Masks
- Select things to mask and masking vector
- Masking vector must be the top layer
- Choose Object:Clipping Mask: Make
Layer Clipping Masks
- Masking vector must be the top layer in the layers folder
- Select the Layer folder in the Layer panel
- Click on the "Make/Release Clipping Mask" icon in the Layer panel
