Create a work of art web site.

An external CSS file that controls a: href tag rollover states and replaces all font styling.

Go for broke on this one, it's half your grade. High marks for creativity and originality. Make something the world has never seen before!

1. Put your assignment up so it will appear at this url:
   http://pixel.csuhayward.edu/art3870/nnn/assignment3
   where your number is substituted for nnn
2. Don't use height and width attributes as the only method to keep tables and table cells open. Use spacer rows and columns! Failure to do this will result in a full grade drop (15 points of of 100).
3. Check your links!
4. Check your spelling!
5. Optimize your images. That is, make them as good looking as they can be in the smallest file size.
6. Your site must work on Windows Internet Explorer version 6.0. If you don't have access to a Window machine to test it on, let me know and we'll make arrangements.
