There is a rendering bug in this. IE Windows put's the first paragraph right up to the top of this column instead of leaving the default padding above the paragraph. Netscape windows doesn't do this

Here, we've inserted an empty parargraph above this one. We also added a new row below this one with a spacer gif set to 100px high to add some white space before the blue line. We also changed the table at the bottom with "Page 1" etc so it spaces better. It's pretty tricky. It uses The Gotcha! Rule to force the table cell with text in it to be as narrow as possible. Check out the code.

Since the table looks a bit strange hanging in a white space, we set the body's background to blue and the table's to white, but we also needed to add another row at the end to put in a little 1 pix wide spacer gif on the right edge.

And to keep the bottom row from sitting so close to the bottom of the browser window when it's scrolled all the way up, we put in a spacer gif in the lower left.
